Introducing: The Audemars Piguet Frosted Gold Royal Oak With Two New Dial Colors

Back in November 2016, we were first introduced to the Frosted Gold Royal Oak. It was the beginning of a long-standing love affair for me, and we are back this year with two new dial colors. To refresh your memory, Frosted Gold is a Florentine hammering technique used by jeweler Carolina Bucci. First we had the 33m and 37mm version in rose and white gold (both with white dials), which was shortly followed by a limited edition 41mm version in white gold with blue dial. All were major successes, and I have personally spotted a few on Instagram, most notably John Mayer's. This year we have the pink and white gold versions with two new dials C pink gold for the pink gold version and black for the white gold. Both the 37mm and 33mm have the same movements, the automatic caliber 3120 and quartz caliber 2713, respectively.? I Love Goooold Did you know I love Frosted Gold? Why This Watch Matters While two new dial colors aren't exactly breaking news, it clearly shows that Frosted Gold has been successful enough to stay. Audemars Piguet has always been a leader in women's watches and the Frosted Gold proves that they get what women (and men!) want. The Frosted Gold Royal Oak is a great example of how an innovative case and bracelet treatment can be both attractive and interesting.?
