RL67 Safari Chronometer This week Ralph Lauren introduced what is arguably the sportiest watch in its Safari lineup, the RL67 Chronometer. The 45-millimeter case is hewn fromunique burnished gunmetal and the dial features oversized Arabic numerals and a striking red sweep seconds hand.Those features, combined with the drab olive canvas strap and gunmetal pin buckle, lenda decidedly weekend-oriented aesthetic to the RL67. Inside this watch ticks a Richemont-modified self-winding calibre that is Ralph Laurens firstchronometer-certified movement. Other watches in the Ralph Lauren collection feature movements by the likes of Jaeger-LeCoultre, Piaget, and IWC. These are a far cry from what you might think of when you hear "fashion watch."Overall, the RL67 Safari is a great looking, high-quality casualwatch. But perhaps the best thing about it is the price: $3250. This seems just about right to us and should make this a very popular watch for Ralph Lauren.?
