In addition to the U50 Divers that James introduced yesterday, German brand Sinn has released the heritage-inspired 103 St Ty Hd Chronograph. It's the first official manual-wind 103 chronograph in 20 years.? The new Sinn 103 St Ty Hd Chronograph has a stainless steel case that measures 41mm in diameter and 14.8mm thick (with 20mm lugs) and is water resistant to 200 meters. It's powered by the Sellita SW 510, a hand-wound caliber that beats at 4 hertz and has a 58-hour power reserve. The black dial with applied numerals features a traditional three-register layout and deep red accents for the chronograph functions. There's also a black pilot's bezel with a lume pip at 12 and a tachymeter scale on the inner bezel.? The Sinn 103 St Ty Hd is limited to 1,000 examples with a price of $2,870.? What We Think The new 103 chronograph looks like a solid update to a classic Sinn. The red accents are bold and make sense against the black dial and bezel. It feels perfectly utilitarian.
