Love this watch! Perfect size, and the gold (but not overly gold - almost half-silver) bezel gives it an elegant edge. Will wear it all summer.

I gave up and went to a jewelery store. It took an experienced technician 30 minutes to install. He asked that I take the strap somewhere else if I need to replace one again.
